Political and Election Law

Binnall Law Group represents clients in various political and election matters, including Federal Election Commission issues, Election Day operation concerns (EDO), state campaign finance matters, and criminal investigations and prosecutions regarding campaign and election law.

Litigating before the Federal Election Commission, and its counterparts at the state level, can be as challenging as litigation in any courtroom—and it can certainly be as important. Often not only are statutory and regulatory issues at play, but some of the hottest and most important constitutional issues are litigated.

The attorneys at Binnall Law Group have a passion for individual rights and will work to ensure that those rights are protected. As such, we are honored to represent clients with matters before the FEC. Our lawyers can represent clients during enforcement actions, called Matters Under Review, consulting with clients on requesting and interpreting advisory options, and representing clients who are interested in the FEC’s regulatory rule making process.
